UPDATE: The Deep Silver Humble Bundle has made the deal even more enticing by including Metro 2033, Sacred Citadel, and Risen as the offer enters its second and final week. Now, players who wish to access these three new titles will need to donate more than the average, which currently stands at a mere $4.99 (approximately £3.25). For those who have already purchased the bundle, the new titles will be added to their Humble Bundle download page.
To elaborate, the Saints Row and Dead Island publisher, Deep Silver, is essentially offering Steam codes for several of its top-notch games in the Humble Deep Silver Bundle. You can pay whatever you desire for Saints Row: The Third, Saints Row 2, Risen 2: Dark Waters, and Sacred 2: Gold Edition. Furthermore, if you pay more than the average (currently a modest $4.86, roughly £3), you will receive Dead Island: Game of the Year Edition and the Full Package version of Saints Row: The Third, which encompasses all of the game’s DLC. For the more generous among you, paying more than $25 will also get you Dead Island: Riptide.
The proceeds from this bundle are distributed among the Child’s Play Charity, the American Red Cross, Deep Silver, and the Humble Bundle organisers. Just like with all Humble Bundles, the backers have the power to decide how much of their pledges go to each recipient. It’s important to note that these Steam keys are exclusively for Windows, which means Mac and Linux users might be disappointed. However, with some highly praised and relatively recent titles available for less than a pound per game, it’s a deal that’s hard to resist. The Humble Deep Silver Bundle is available until 13th August.
